What happens first

- • Provide information about yourself and the person needing support.
- • Pay for the Initial Support Review, then upload key documents.
- • Millie will review and decide whether Paper Armour can help.
- • If Paper Armour cannot help, you still receive a brief next-step note.

The £35 Initial Support Review pays for the first look, issue-spotting and brief next-step note. It is separate from any later work and is not deducted from later services.
No account or client portal is created.
Work continues by email if you choose to go ahead.
